Please read our terms and conditions before buying online from Showhome. Placing a confirmed order on this site implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All site design, text, graphics are the copyright of Showhome. All rights reserved. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy for the purpose of buying from the site.

Ordering
Showhome sells Mid-century and contemporary design. Please allow for minor signs of wear and tear on Midcentury items. We can provide full condition reports if you need to know the smallest detail via email. Photographs, measurements and text are supplied on all our online stock. When ordering please check dimensions as photographs can be misleading.

Online payments can be made through PAYPAL. We will also accept cheques, or cash in UK sterling only.

Postal payments can be made by cheque or cash in UK sterling only.

Payment
Payments are accepted in UK pound sterling. If you are not paying from the UK, please check the currency convertor linked to this site.

The total cost of your order is the price of the items ordered plus delivery charges.
Please note that if we do not have your item in stock we will inform you of a delivery time and you will not be charged until we confirm this.

Orders paid by cheque or PAYPAL have to be cleared before items are sent. Please allow 3-5 working days. If your item is in stock we will despatch the day payment clears.

Delivery
To the UK
Small packages will be charged at a minimum rate of £4.
Large packages will be charged according to weight. You will be notified of the cost by email.

If your delivery address is in Central or Greater London we offer a delivery service on some items.

South-East £15
South-West £20
North-East £30
North-West £30

If your delivery address is just outside the M25 please email us at shop@ourshowhome.com for a quote on delivery charges.

Items will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

We will send you confirmation by email once your order has been sent.

Cancellations and returns
If your order has not been dispatched then it can be cancelled.
We cannot refund goods unless they arrive damaged during transit. Please inform us within 24hrs if your order has arrived damaged.
If it is a contemporary piece we will replace it without charge once the item has been returned to us. Please repackage the item as sent to you.
If the item is Midcentury please call us on 020 8670 7543 within 24hrs or email shop@ourshowhome.com to discuss returning the item. Please do not return items before contacting us.
